Mission statement
The At the Well 11th Grade College Prep Virtual Intensive Program was created for young minority women out of a commitment to increase awareness of the essential tools required to aid them in becoming successful leaders and impact communities beyond their reach. We seek to motivate students towards higher achievement in school and increased self-confidence by promoting excellence in education and encourage girls to live beyond their limitations and achieve beyond their dreams.

Admission Criteria and Application Process
Participants are selected on a competitive basis. A qualified application includes the following components:
- Completed online application
- 2.7 GPA
- Submit a recent grade report or unofficial high school transcript
- Submit a one-page essay
